Molten Donates Basketballs and Tickets to Nottingham School Ahead of Super League Basketball Cup Final

Nottingham, UK – Continuing to inspire the next generation of basketball players, Molten has generously donated basketballs and tickets to students at The Wells Academy, providing them with the opportunity to witness top-tier basketball action at the upcoming Super League Basketball (SLB) Cup Final.

The donation by Molten, who are commercial partners with SLB, was made in partnership with the Nottingham Hoods, and will allow students and their families to experience the excitement of the SLB Finals while also equipping them with high-quality Molten basketballs to enhance their development on the court.

George Coles, Principal of The Wells Academy, expressed his gratitude for the initiative:

“Our partnership with The Nottingham Hoods continues to provide incredible opportunities for our students and families at The Wells Academy. We are so grateful to Molten for the donation of basketballs and tickets to the SLB Finals/Hoods game at the Motorpoint Arena. Experiences like these inspire our young athletes and strengthen our academy community through sport. We are proud to be part of such a meaningful partnership.”

Molten Brand Manager Paul Reaney reinforced the company’s commitment to growing the game of basketball across the UK:

“Molten, in partnership with Super League Basketball, remains committed to the unique power of basketball to positively impact every part of our national community. Putting Molten basketballs in the hands of students at Wells Academy is a wonderful way to help create the players of tomorrow, encourage physical activity, and shine a light on the excellent work Super League Basketball does in promoting the game domestically. “I hope The Wells Academy students enjoy using the Molten basketballs and attending the Super League Cup Final every bit as much as we have seeing our product in such enthusiastic hands!”

The initiative underscores Molten’s dedication to fostering grassroots basketball and ensuring young athletes have access to both the tools and inspiration needed to develop a lifelong passion for the game.
